Meet the Decision Makers

Liz Rogers is the Founder and Creative Director at Anacrusis, where she oversees new signings, writer development, and pitching creatively for sync. Anacrusis has secured hundreds of placements for emerging artists in Nashville in dozens of shows, films, and advertising campaigns. 
 
Liz also is an independent music supervisor, working on several films and documentaries, and is a member of the Guild of Music Supervisors. 
 
Liz is the Associate Music Event Producer for the Nashville Film Festival, and an Advisor at the Entrepreneur Center. She was recently honored as one of Nashville's “30 Under 30”, and was recognized by the Nashville Business Journal on the esteemed power players list “Women In Music City.”

 

Eric Holt has over 20 years of experience in live music and artist management. As the founder of independent concert promotions company, Lovenoise, Eric has been behind many of Nashville’s major hip-hop and R&B concerts such as Nas at Ascend last year and India.Arie at the Ryman. 
 
As an artist manager, he has helped to secure publishing deals with major publishers. His artists' music has been synched in movies, television shows, and even a Super Bowl Ad. Holt has also helped Nashville talent secure opening slots on national tour dates with artists like Sean Kingston, Nas, Freddie Gibbs, Goodie Mob, Earthgang, BJ the Chicago Kid and more!

 

Dan Buckley is Program Director for Nashville’s Independent Radio - Lightning 100. ‘Lieutenant Dan' has been running the programming department since 2015, and for the past seven years in a row, Dan and the Lightning 100 team have been awarded Triple A station of the year.

He's been a local tastemaker and radio personality for over 25 years! As a champion of local musicians, Dan has been instrumental in the growth and trajectory of countless music careers through Lightning 100's independent artist programs and helping book their Live on the Green Music Festival. You might also find him driving around his 4 kids or DJing parties and weddings all over Middle Tennessee.
